At the Castle Green I’ve tried to create food that I like eating when I go out.
Having worked in London in a classic French kitchen my philosophy has always been to produce consistent good “home cooking” with an extra twist.
We champion seasonal local produce all year round from: hand picked dived Scallops, Pork Belly, homemade Beef sausages and of course fantastic fresh fish which all feature on our special’s board, that changes daily.
I have always wanted the Castle Green to be casual, affordable and the sort of restaurant you wish you lived next door to, serving food that’s uncomplicated, fresh and tastes just great.
